August E-newsletter
Post Festival Plans and Piers Lane Performances
The post festival pack up is nearly complete and we have already began planning for next year's festival! The dates are 28 July to 5 August 2017 and we are locking in dates for when tickets go on sale shortly so will be in touch.
One of our favourite memories of 2016 was Sandra surprising Piers with the piece we commissioned for his 10th Anniversary as Artistic Director by Elena Kats-Chernin called "Tropical Nights". If you missed it, you can see Piers' reaction and listen to extracts of the wonderful piece online here. Enjoy!
Kind regards,
The AFCM Team.

Festival Survey
We value your feedback
If you attended the 2016 Australian Festival of Chamber Music please complete our annual Festival Survey. It should only take about 10 minutes to complete online, and is incredibly valuable for Festival improvement and funding. Everyone who completes the survey has the chance to win $500. Survey closes 5pm, Wednesday 31 August.
AFCM 2016 Fully Signed Program
One of our wonderful volunteers Eleanor at the Pit Building (where the artists rehearse during the festival) has managed to get a 2016 Program fully signed by all the artists! We thought it might be a good idea to auction it off! To see photos and place your bid please click on the link below.
