Carly Litvik Music Therapy Services
Music Therapy is an established healthcare profession in which the focused use of music by a Board Certified Music Therapist elicits measurable, non-musical outcomes in the areas of communication, language development, cognition, sensory processing, motor planning and development, social/emotional needs, and wellness.  A Music Therapist addresses these areas through a variety of interventions that include, but are not limited to therapeutic singing, movement to music, structured and improvisational instrument play, musical games, lyric analysis, and song writing.
Carly Litvik Music Therapy Services offers in-home individual and group music therapy services to children of all ages and abilities.  She also offers regular and adapted music lessons on the guitar and saxophone.  Carly has had extensive experience working with children of varied abilities in the Sacramento area and loves to use music as an outlet for children and adults to thrive and succeed.
If you are interested in starting or joining a group, starting individual services or lessons, or would like more information, please contact Carly at 724.493.9635 or at

A hallmark of childhood is curiosity; many children spend many years asking many questions. They want to know "how" and "why" and "when" and more because they don't know and they want to know. As children grow and mature, however, many lose this curiosity. Perhaps this happens because their parents and teachers have shushed them too often; adults may easily tire of children's curiosity. Or perhaps as children grow, they think asking questions makes them look stupid, so theypretend to know even when they don't. This is very sad. If the flame of curiosity has been extinguished, opportunities to learn are lost, whether one is a child or an adult.
