Gamble wishes Mr. Paul Althouse a very happy 90th birthday! Paul, the owner of Redwood City Nursery, has been a volunteer at Gamble for more than 25 years.  He almost single-handedly maintains the beautiful Gamble cutting garden which provides fresh arrangements and displays throughout our historic house and beautiful bouquets to many in our community. Paul has also been a generous financial supporter of Gamble, mentor to our garden interns and staff, and a constant presence in our garden.  Thank you Paul!

We are honored by your support

Membership is one way to support Gamble Garden. Our Annual Appeal is another. Individual donations and membership are critical sources of income to support our garden, as you will read in our Annual Report to the Community to be mailed this week. Gamble receives no funding from the City of Palo Alto, the State of California, or any other goverment agency.  We recognize there are many good and deserving institutions that seek your help. Please know how honored we are when you choose to make a gift to Gamble Garden.

Thank you to the many people who participated in Gamble #GivingTuesday! Our reach went far beyond our membership by using social media to connect to our greater community.

Gamble raised over $4,200! This money will be used to expand our Roots and Shoots children's program and to develop new children's educational programs at Gamble.

THANK YOU!
