Before and after the Goldmark Luncheon, the Access to Justice Board will be hosting 2 forums. Full details on the day's programs are below.
THE ROLE OF LAWYERS IN SOCIAL JUSTICE MOVEMENTS
(10 AM - 11:30 AM)
Throughout history, lawyers have played critical roles in social justice movements. We'll talk with some local attorneys, each using their law practice in a different way to make justice equal. With moderator Michele Storms, UW School of Law Gates Public Service Law Scholars Program, we'll come away inspired by the stories and insights of Lisa Daugaard, The Defender Association; Jeff Robinson, Schroeter Goldmark & Bender; Lisa Stone, Legal Voice; and others to be announced.
(NOON - 1:30 PM)
The Goldmark Award Luncheon is the only statewide opportunity for the Legal Foundation of Washington and LAW Fund to celebrate and honor those whose outstanding accomplishments have had a positive impact on the low-income people of our state.

(2 PM - 3:30 PM)
Members of the Washington Supreme Court will participate in a discussion around issues relevant to lawyers, judges, and other supporters of the Alliance for Equal Justice. The discussion will be facilitated by Washington State Bar Association President Michele Radosevich.
