Allegro Music Therapy
New semester of Connections will be in September. Allegro Music Therapy Connections are small groups for children and adults, both typical and those with special needs that use music activities to achieve social, cognitive, motor and communication goals.  Activities include singing, movement, instrument playing and other forms of creative expression. 
Classes are led by Allegro  Music Therapists.

The Piedmont Down Syndrome Support Network Buddy Walk will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM.

Registration fee includes a Buddy Walk t-shirt, free food, drinks, games, crafts, inflatables, talent show, train rides, music, and more!  A short fun walk (once around the high school track) is optional for adults and children of all ages and abilities.  Events will take place rain or shine. Registration for Fall Sports
The beginning of Fall Sports are just one week away!! To register for the fall sports please contact Carlie Pudney via e-mail at carliep@cityofws.org or call 336-727-2425. Remember that you must be registered before the start of the first practice!
 
Athlete Ambassador Program
Special Olympics North Carolina would like Forsyth County Special Olympic Athletes to be a part of the Athlete Ambassador Program. Athlete Ambassadors will be the representative for SONC at special events throughout the state! Abilities Tennis
Abilities Tennis Salem College Clinic- Abilities Tennis Association of North Carolina is hosting a series of clinics with the Salem College Tennis team on 9/16, 9/30, 10/14, and 10/28. For more information, or to register for the clinic, email Lou Welch at lou@atanc.org. Abilities Tennis provides additional training and competition opportunities for athletes outside of Special Olympics North Carolina's competition schedule.

All Abilities Winston Salem Cotillion
Classes will be held each Sunday, beginning on October 15th, and ending on November 12th.

All classes held at Knollwood Baptist Church

Parents of all students are cordially invited and encouraged to attend our classes to observe and dance with their children. Special nights will include a country western night, and a beach night! Dates for our special nights will be announced on night one. Our final night will be a dress up night!

Registration will be limited to the first 15 enrollees.
Cost is $75.00 for the 5 week session
Sundays 6:00 - 7:00 PM
