Summer Program in Full Swing

For six weeks over the summer, children from Kindergarten through 6th grade enjoy field trips and fun activities at our Summer Program at Molloy School.

Our Children & Youth Services Summer Program provides 'peace of mind' to parents in need of child care during the summer and offers children a great opportunity for fun, recreation and friendship.

Staff members, including seven Head Teachers and Assistant Teachers and a site coordinator, along with a Presidential Fellow from University of New Haven lead activities for the more than 55 school-age children who attend each day.

Children enjoy a diverse range of age appropriate arts and craft projects, science experiments and sports activities while keeping a summer journal. They take field trips four days a week to state parks, museums and attractions across the state including West Haven Beach,  Lighthouse Park,  Ansonia Nature Center, Rocky Neck Park, CT Science Center, Pequot Museum, New England Air Museum as well as a special trip to The Bronx Zoo.
