The United Methodist Women at Centenary UMC met on Monday, May 6th to decorate 250 stockings for our 2019 Breakfast with Santa event!

We are looking for sponsor groups to serve dinner to families who have children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Units at both Brenner and Forsyth. This involves providing dinner for approximately 35 people and sending 2-3 volunteers to help serve. Call the Family Support office for available dates 336-703-4289.

FSN Support Parent Training
May 23, 2019
If you would like to learn to use your experience to support other families who have children with special needs, please consider attending this training. You will be required to view an online training module that takes about an hour prior to attending. Over dinner we will discuss specifics about the support parent program, answer questions and share our own stories.

This is a great opportunity for kids and parents to meet new friends!  We will have a fun activity every week - art, waterplay, music fun and games!  This is an outdoor event and is always weather permitting. Kaleideum North – Sensory Friendly Night: 
Science Extravaganza     
Friday, June 21, 5-8 PM
Engage in science through hands-on demonstrations and activities (beginning at 6 pm) and museum play. Social narratives and visual schedules for each campus, written from a child’s perspective, are available for download to help you and your child familiarize yourselves with Kaleideum before your visit.
Kaleideum Downtown has a large, private family restroom on each floor for your comfort and convenience. Sensory Friendly programming modifications at Kaleideum Downtown include choice boards and a designated quiet room.
