Article ImageANGST – a 56-minute film and virtual reality experience that explores anxiety, its causes, effects and what we can do about it.

This new documentary shines a bright light on anxiety and offers resources, tools and hope.
A great feature with this film is that children and young adults featured are openly talking about their experiences with anxiety and other mental health challenges.  For some of them, it is the first time they have shared their stories.
