resiliency and hope.

It’s about changing the way our community views mental illness.

It’s about showing people that you will support them on this journey – no one needs to walk alone.

Article ImageANGST – a 56-minute film and virtual reality experience that explores anxiety, its causes, effects and what we can do about it.

This new documentary shines a bright light on anxiety and offers resources, tools and hope.

A great feature with this film is that children and young adults featured are openly talking about their experiences with anxiety and other mental health challenges.  For some of them, it is the first time they have shared their stories.

Join YSB in our hope - that as youth in this film share their candidness and bravery - it will inspire our community to do the same.

Screenings will be followed with a Mental Health Panel/Q&A sessions, led by YSB.
