ANGST is a new documentary film that shines a bright light on anxiety and offers resources, tools, and hope.  A highlight with this film is that the children and young adults featured are openly talking about their experiences with anxiety and other mental health challenges.
YSB is finding that the youth sharing their story in a brave and candid way, inspires those that hear their stories to do the same.

Screenings will be followed with a Mental Health Panel/Q&A sessions, led by YSB.

If you enjoyed the Angst documentary, you will LOVE the new LIKE documentary that explores the impact of social media on our lives.  Technology is a tool.  It's here to stay and social platforms are a place to connect, share and care, but what's really happening?
By understanding the effects of technology and social media on the brain, on our lives and on our civilization, we can learn how to navigate it more safely together. Join YSB to watch LIKE and take a look at how we can make positive changes, when using technology and social media.

Helping Kids Kick the Nicotine Habit
Although the rate of youth e-cigarette use had been increasing, more and more teens are recognizing the addictive nature of e-cigarettes and are looking to quit vape.
If your child uses e-cigarettes, encourage them to quit and offer to explore the above resources with them. Want to learn more?  Click here for more information from Julia Geigle, (M.S.W, LICSW), YSB's Chemical Health Program Supervisor.
