Dear SAARA Friends,
We’re entering the final week of the 2019 General Assembly Session! Bills are being heard and final budget discussions are proceeding at a rapid pace. SAARA’s updated bill chart showing our latest progress is available here. Good news! SAARA supported HB2158 and HB2318, dispensing of Naloxone, bills have passed. There is still much to do advocating for our bills and budget priorities. The SAARA team will continue to be busy as we move forward into these last few days of the 2019 session. Stay tuned for more updates.
