The Arc In Motion: eUpdate December 6, 2017
Thank You For Your Support on Colorado Gives Day!

THANK YOU to everyone who supported us on Colorado Gives Day!

We raised almost $8,000, and we couldn’t have done it without you.  Through the generosity of our donors, our chapter is able to help thousands of people with disabilities of all ages to achieve their dreams. Again, thank you for your generosity and commitment to improving our community.

If you missed Colorado Gives Day, it’s not too late to support our important work by making a year-end gift to The Arc – Jefferson, Clear Creek & Gilpin Counties. You can make your donation on www.arcjc.org/cogives, www.arcjc.org or mail a check to 13949 W. Colfax Ave. Suite 150 Lakewood, CO. 80401

Individuals who support our work make everything possible! We are proud and honored to have your financial support and partnership!

Last Chance to RSVP Now For The Arc's Holiday Open House!

Join The Arc’s staff, board, and supporters for festive food, live music, and plenty of holiday cheer! Stop by to say hello, meet new people, reconnect with old friends and see what we’ve been up to this year. The open house will be held at The Arc’s office located at 13949 W. To honor the tradition of holiday giving, each year we provide a unique opportunity for our guests to donate gift cards at the holiday party. The Arc distributes a variety of gift cards to the people we support and the volunteers who support us. Please consider bringing with you a gift card of any value for groceries, household goods, gas, movies or clothing. There will be a wrapped “deposit” box at the check-in table where you can drop off your gift card donation.

AKtion Club - Fun With a Purpose!

My name is David and I like to help people. I also like to get out and about in the community. Being a member of AKtion Club allows me to do both!

I would like to invite you to check out Rocky Mountain Partners AKtion Club, which meets in Lakewood every first and third Wednesday from 4:00 – 5:00 pm. Our club started seventeen years ago, in 2000, and I was the very first president. Over the years, we have helped all kinds of people who really needed it, and that makes me feel proud.

AKtion Club is sponsored by Kiwanis International, which is a club that helps children in our community and around the world. Kiwanis members come to our meetings and provide support. We would love for you to join us!

Top 3 reasons to join AKtion Club:
  • Feel good about helping people who need it
  • Become even more important to your community
  • Spend time with great people who like to have fun

Would you like to know more about AKtion Club? If so, you can call my friend Lee Katz at (720) 218-1723 and he can tell you all about it. Or, you can visit our Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/Rocky-Mountain-Partners-Aktion-Club-305603526138221/
