ENGAGE ♦ RELATE ♦ TRANSFORM
Dear Sherry:
Spring has officially “sprung” at The Harvest Center of Charlotte, and I love it!  Our community of staff, volunteers and guests is thriving and growing, in this wonderful season of change.  We are experiencing the power of transformation... together.  We don’t want to keep this movement to ourselves!  I would love to have you join us for a Power Breakfast (served on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 6:30 - 8 am) or an Inspirational Lunch (served on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11 - 12:30 am) to see and be a part of our life changing community!   We are located at 2225 Freedom Drive and are quickly making an impact in the "Freemore" district of uptown Charlotte.  For over 20 years, we have provided faith-centered programs including transitional housing, job training and counseling services to our homeless, poor and unemployed neighbors. We intend to continue carving our niche as an effective holistic transformational program for people desiring to get back on the path to productive living and Godly lifestyles.  We are also looking forward to being good co-op neighbors with our tenant friends in The Movement Center, who include Center City Church, Agape Love Christian Ministries, TEAM and Karis Management Group. There will be some amazing ministry occurring in this space! Read more on this blog from Jonathan McFadden: https://movement.com/blog/2016/03/21/harvest-center-transforms-lives-with-steadfast-faith/

Faithfully yours,
Executive Director

Gifts can be shared online or mailed to: The Harvest Center, 2225 Freedom Drive, Suite 1, Charlotte, NC 28208.  To date, The Harvest Center has received over $18,000 in bequest support.  Thank you for being a part of solving homelessness in our community!

These skilled culinary experts are managing THC's kitchen services, after Isabella Pickett retired last month.  Isabella served and nurtured neighbors for over 15 years, but she'll be coming back to serve part-time in late Spring.
