Our Director of Programs, Chelsey Keesy, has put in her resignation and her last day will be April 7th. Chelsey has started her own business, CK Nonprofit Services, LLC, which offers nonprofit services as contract labor. You can visit her website at www.cknonprofitservices.com
All of us at BCB wish her the best and hope to keep in touch. Chelsey plans to stay involved as a volunteer and will remain secretary of the Eye Opening Symposium planning committee.
BCB would also like to welcome back a familiar face. Aly Partain, a former intern here at BCB, has returned to help out in the office until we hire a permanent employee to cover Chelsey’s role. Aly has her Master’s Degree in Public Administration, with an emphasis in Nonprofit Financial Management from the University of Kentucky. Aly was hired as a temporary employee and will assist in making the transition to a new employee as smooth as possible. Her office hours will be Wednesday through Friday from noon to 4 PM.
